Milam's Markets Employment Application


1. New hires will be drug tested and only hired upon a negative test result.

  • Milam’s Markets will evaluate all conviction information on a case-by-case basis, giving consideration only to those convictions that we believe are related and relevant to the particular position for which you are applying. Our consideration will include a review of the date of the conviction, the nature of the offense, and evidence of rehabilitation since the conviction in making job related decisions. A conviction standing alone will not automatically disqualify you from employment.

  • I expressly agree and understand that, if employed, my employment, is not for a specified term, is based upon mutual consent, and may be terminated at will, with or without cause or liability, by either party (the employer Milam’s Markets or me) without prior notice to the other. I also understand that this aspect of my employment may not change absent an individual written agreement signed by two (2) or more executives of Milam’s Markets modifying at-will status on an individual or collective basis and me. I expressly agree and understand that nothing in this application makes a binding or enforceable promise of specific treatment in specific situations.
