popqueen is a locally made brand, created right here in South Florida by Jennifer Green, a climate scientist and beekeeper with a deep love for nature. After spending years helping businesses become more sustainable, she turned her attention to food. She wanted to create a frozen treat that was better for people and the planet, so she stripped it down to the essentials: whole fruit, natural sweetness from honey, and nothing else.
