Turn a simple sub roll into a mouthwatering masterpiece with this quick and easy recipe featuring a locally made dressing by Big Mama Foods. Perfect for pairing with your favorite pasta, soup, or salad!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 King’s Hawaiian Bread Sub Roll
• 2-3 tablespoons Big Mama’s Backyard Garden Calamondin Vinaigrette (available in the produce department at all Milam’s)
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon dried minced onions

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep the Roll: Slice the King’s Hawaiian Bread Sub Roll in half lengthwise. Place it on a cutting board or baking tray.

Add the Vinaigrette: Generously slather Big Mama’s Calamondin Vinaigrette over the cut sides of the roll.

Top It Off: Sprinkle a good dusting of Parmesan cheese evenly over the vinaigrette, followed by dried minced onions for a flavorful crunch.

Air Fry: Place the prepared rolls in an air fryer. Set the temperature to 425°F and cook for 2 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory in every bite!
