Delicious & Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Serves 6 | 

A great snack to watch during the game. Easy to prepare and will go just as fast.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups wing sauce
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup water
8 cups tortilla chips
4 oz bleu cheesecrumbles
4 cups shredded chicken, precooked
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475° F.
  2. Layer tortilla chips at bottom of baking dish or rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Simmer in medium pan water and wing sauce. Place chicken in sauce, cook 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from pan, place chicken on tortilla chips. Drizzle sauce from on over chicken and chips. Sprinkle on cheddar, covering thoroughly.
  5. Place nacho dish at top rack in oven. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  6. Once nachos are done baking, sprinkle on bleu cheese. Allow cheese to melt then add remaining wing sauce and celery.
