Chicken Bacon Avocado Salad Sandwich





Serves 1 |
Surprisingly simple and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
3 avocados, peeled and pitted |
1/4 cup mayonnaise with olive oil |
2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced |
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1/4 cup finely diced red onion |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
2 slices bread, your preference |
Directions:
- Place the avocados into a mixing bowl. Mash until smooth.
- Add in mayonnaise, chicken, bacon, red onion, and season with salt and pepper. Mash together until well combined.
- Spoon onto one slice of bread and spread out with the bottom of the spoon. Place the second slice of bread on top, cut in half and enjoy!
