Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

A healthier version of the coffeehouse classic.
|1/2 teaspoon vanilla|
|1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon|
|8 oz brewed coffee|
|1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk|
|1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice|
|3 drops liquid sweetener|
|3 tablespoons pumpkin puree|
- Combine pumpkin puree and almond milk in a microwave safe bowl. Place in microwave and heat for 30-45 seconds. Stir together to incorporate.
- Take out of microwave and add pumpkin spice, vanilla and liquid sweetener. Use a blender to get ingredients foamy. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour coffee into a large cup. Top with foam and sprinkle on ground cinnamon.
